Skin parameters were evaluated at baseline, 4, 8, and 12 weeks using noninvasive biometrological instruments.

## Results

Group 1 (kinetin + niacinamide) showed significant reductions in spot, pore, wrinkle, and evenness counts at weeks 8 and 12. This group also had a significant increase in corneal hydration at week 12 and persistent decreases in erythema index at weeks 8 and 12. Group 2 (niacinamide alone) showed significant reductions in pore and evenness counts at week 8 and wrinkle counts at week 12.

## Conclusion

Kinetin and niacinamide demonstrate a synergistic anti-aging effect, suggesting they have multiactive, multifunctional, and pluripotent effects on skin and are promising for future anti-aging cosmeceuticals.
