Particle diameter or size subclasses were not associated with CAD after apoB-P adjustment. Lp(a) showed a robust association even after apoB-P adjustment (HR: 1.18) and provided independent prognostic value for CAD (AUC: 0.769 vs 0.774, P < .001).
