Baseline and post-intervention measurements will include anthropometrics, oral glucose tolerance, cardiovascular parameters, cognitive function, physical activity, heart rate variability, liver fibroscan, and questionnaires on dietary habits, sleep, depression, and quality of life. Changes in these parameters will be compared between groups.
