After 10 weeks, both training groups (RT + CS and RT + P) showed a significant decrease in MDA and 8-OHDG, and a significant increase in GPX and TAC (p = 0.001 for all). Creatinine levels increased in the RT + CS group (p = 0.014). Quality of life and muscle strength improved in both experimental groups (p = 0.001), with muscle strength changes being more pronounced in the RT + CS group compared to the RT + P group (p < 0.05).
