Measures of static/dynamic steady-state balance, proactive balance, reactive balance, strength, power, body composition, psychosocial well-being, cognition, and fall self-efficacy will be assessed at baseline, immediately post-intervention, and 12 weeks after program cessation to evaluate detraining effects.
